Our St. Clement "Make Your Own" Strawberry Shortcake project is a parish fundraiser that began in 1974 with a strawberry shortcake booth in the annual Florida Strawberry Festival. 2027 will be our 53rd year helping serving the public "Make Your Own" Strawberry Shortcakes at the Florida Strawberry Festival. The dates for the 2027 Florida Strawberry Festival are March 4th – 14th. Please keep your eyes on our parish bulletins for other important dates and events you will need to know about to help you keep your commitment to the success of our "Make Your Own" strawberry shortcake fundraising project. Our project will need hall volunteers daily from March 3rd- March 14th and 80 booth volunteers daily March 4th - March 14th . Our first committee meeting will be in September we can always use your talent on our project. We will need you help us. Many hands make light work for all.
