Our St. Clement "Make Your Own" Strawberry Shortcake project is a parish fundraiser that began in 1974 with a strawberry shortcake booth in the annual Florida Strawberry Festival. 2025 will be our 51th year serving the public Strawberry Shortcakes and beverages at the Florida Strawberry Festival. The dates for the 2025 Florida Strawberry Festival are February 27 - March 9. We will need volunteers from February 26th- March 10th . Please keep your eyes on future bulletins starting around November for important dates and events you will need to know about to help you keep your commitment to the success of our shortcake fundraising project. We will need your help.
