Catechesis of the Good Shepherd
The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) is a Montessori‑based approach to nurturing the spiritual life of children. Rooted in Sacred Scripture, the Liturgy, and a deep respect for each child’s unique relationship with God, CGS invites children to encounter the Good Shepherd in a peaceful, hands‑on environment.
After a brief presentation from the trained catechist, children are encouraged to work with beautifully crafted materials at their own pace. This quiet, personal work helps them enter more deeply into prayer and strengthens their growing friendship with God.
CGS is more than a program—it is a community of children, parents and catechists growing together in faith as we seek to build the Kingdom of God. To ensure each child can fully participate and flourish in the Atrium, space in each session is limited.
