To serve as a consultative body to the pastor to:

• Review and make recommendations in the implementation of the Envision Pastoral Plan
• Oversee and organize the Envision planning process and team
• Review the parish program for Formation, Liturgy and Service submitted annually by parish staff
• Advise regarding maintenance and changes to parish buildings and property in conjunction with the Finance Council
• Organize new parish ministries or programs in any way as requested by the pastor
• Make recommendations regarding staffing
